Colline del Prosecco are a limited area of 7,500 hectares of production area and about 3,400 wine growers, for an annual production of over 90 million bottles. Prosecco Docg wine is produced exclusively in the hills of the upper Trevigiano between 150 and 350 meters above sea level. The territory recognized as a World Heritage Site includes 15 municipalities: Conegliano, Susegana, San Vendemiano, Colle Umberto, Vittorio Veneto, Tarzo, Cison di Valmarino, Follina, Miane, San Pietro di Feletto, Refrontolo, Pieve di Soligo, Farra di Soligo, Vidor and Valdobbiadene.
